Residential villas and palace project:
A design of a residential compound, consisting of 6 villas, with the main palace in the middle, with a total built-up area of 7800 square meters, and a land area of 3000 square meters. Where the project includes surrounding service buildings and private seating. The scope of our company's work included the development and design of external facades, horizontal plans, landscape design, gardens, and outdoor spaces, in addition to representing the owner and supervising implementation, decoration works, providing engineering solutions, and ensuring the implementation of the best technology for building. The design character was characterized by merging the classic elements with the architectural elements from the local environment, so that the details and stone formations were used, to meet the desire and taste of the customer.
Interior design of Mr. Khaled's house, Airport Road - Amman
Our company’s role in the project included carrying out all interior design works in terms of drawings, calculating quantities, studying costs, supervising the implementation, as well as manufacturing and supplying furniture with a total area of 400 square meters. Our team was keen to consider the requirements and taste of the client whereas the modern style was used professionally combined with other elements which are more ancient models.
Private residential villa project - Amman:
The scope of work included surveying the site as it was found, and studying the client's lifestyle and requirements to provide all the required drawings. In addition to supervising the implementation works, manufacturing, and supplying wood and furniture works with a total area of 380 square meters, Where the client’s desire was to follow the open plan style, in a way that takes into consideration his own lifestyle and the local environment, by integrating elements inspired by his previous home within a touch of modernity.
Al-Zaytouna Villas Project:
Villas were built for commercial purposes. Our team design takes into consideration the costs and the nature of various tastes, with a total area of 980 square meters. Including indoor swimming pools and surrounding outdoor gardens.
Interior design of one of the private palaces in Amman:
